Being a mom is hard.

I have spent way too many moments in my motherhood wondering what was wrong with me for struggling to enjoy it or do all the things that need to be done. But there wasn’t something wrong with me, it was just HARD.

The overwhelm of everything that needs to be done paired with our mental health, lack of support and mean inner voices make it even harder. 

I want to help with the inner voice part. The last thing we need is to make it harder on ourselves by being hard on ourselves.
